Pricing architecture

Clear commercial terms before the build begins.

BearSix prices the approved path—not a vague promise. Every proposal connects cost to scope, specialist capacity, evidence, and the upfront resources required to start responsibly.

Commercial models by service path

The engagement determines the price. The terms stay explicit.

BearSix does not publish invented flat rates for materially different projects. The same pricing method is used for every request: frame the work, identify upfront costs, issue written terms, and obtain human approval before payment.

The deposit secures the review window and any approved specialist capacity needed for the engagement.

Why the deposit can be substantial

Some projects carry real costs before day one.

A mobilization deposit can reflect reserved engineering capacity, specialist availability, approved licenses, cloud environments, prototype materials, or third-party services that must be secured before delivery starts. Those items belong in the written proposal, not in a surprise charge.

Before any payment

You receive the commercial decision in writing.

  • Exact amount, currency, and approved payment method
  • What the deposit covers and how it applies to the engagement
  • Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and change treatment
  • Tax handling and any approved third-party costs
  • Scope, acceptance evidence, schedule, and decision authority

Project briefs are open with no payment required. Online deposits and checkout remain disabled.
